Accounting and Statistics Office

The Law for Accounting and Statistics Office of Hsinchu City Government stipulates that it is in charge of city budgeting ,accounting and statistical affairs. DGBAS is headed by a Director General,who is aided by a Deputy Director General. It comprises four sections:the first section (Budgeting Section) is charge with budgeting for official agencies ;the second section (Account Review Section) is charge with accounting for official agencies;the third section(Final Accounts Section) is charge with accounting affairs for city government agencies, budgeting and accounting for city-owned enterprises and nonprofit funds;the fourth section (Statistics Section) is charge with general statistical affairs and censuses and surveys.
